Josephine Quiocho is a compassionate, energetic, and thoughtful nutrition educator and consultant dedicated to holistic health and healing. Her extensive training and experience on the influence of nutrition and lifestyle on health and well-being allows her to confidently and precisely guide clients in the use of therapeutic foods, herbs, and nutrient support.
Prior to entering the health and nutrition field, Josephine assisted a media mogul and Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in starting-up an interactive advertising network as well as organizing the annual Web 2.0 conference. Her previous experience in project management for a San Francisco market research firm also kept her pulse on the intersection of digital, medical, and consumer interaction.
A strong proponent of the environment and food justice and a certified Permaculture designer, Josephine spends her free time implementing and developing urban agriculture through both rooftop and community gardens. She is the volunteer coordinator and conducts workshops on various nutrition and gardening topics at Glide Community Church’s edible rooftop garden, Graze the Roof.
Josephine received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in Psychology & Rehabilitation Counseling. She completed her certification in Nutrition Counseling from Bauman College.
